The aim of this paper is to investigate resilience in the food sector referring to its selected environmental, social and economic dimensions, which in fact rely on each other and cannot be separated, simply because of the character of food system itself (work with living organisms, soil, within natural environment, etc. done by people for business purposes). The issue of resilience in the food sector must be considered multidimensionally. In this approach, the basic direction of activities should be the one focused on the resilience approach, both in environmental protection and society. For a harmonious combination of these activities, it is also necessary to look at economic perspective of food system and entire rural livelihoods (e.g. income and employment diversification). 摘要

环境、社会和经济观点源于可持续性方法,并体现在复原力概念中,是粮食系统的组成部分。与此同时,欧盟“从农场到餐桌”(F2F)战略明确阐述了这些问题,即加强对未来可能出现的危机(如疾病和流行病)的抵御能力。本文的目的是调查食品部门的弹性,参考其选定的环境,社会和经济方面,这些方面实际上相互依赖,不能分开,仅仅是因为食品系统本身的特征(与生物,土壤,自然环境等一起工作,由人们出于商业目的完成)。粮食部门的抗灾能力问题必须从多方面加以考虑。在这种方法中,活动的基本方向应该是在环境保护和社会方面关注复原力方法。为了将这些活动和谐地结合起来,还必须从经济角度看待粮食系统和整个农村生计(例如收入和就业多样化)。考虑到最近讨论的冲击(2019冠状病毒病、乌克兰战争、干旱、俄罗斯粮食出口禁运、通货膨胀加剧),预计粮食市场在不久的将来会出现困难局面,这使得粮食部门抵御力的概念比迄今为止更加重要。
