摘要

介绍了光子相关光谱技术中光子相关器的工作过程。由于硬件资源的限制,有限通道的线性相关器无法解决时间分辨率和动态范围之间的矛盾。为了克服线性相关器的缺点,研究了非线性相关器的结构。为了实现非线性相关器的结构,必须采用变长移位寄存器。本文提出了一种单输入多输出循环缓冲器来实现可变长移位寄存器,避免了大量的资源浪费。因此,每两个通道之间的延迟时间可以随机设置。实验表明,采用非线性相关器可以在较短的采样时间内获得较好的动态范围。
