Neoplastic bladder diseases were found in 357 patients and were divided into benign and malignant neoplasm. Benign neoplasms were found in 11 patients consisted of 5 patients (45.45%) with UP and 6 patients (54.54%) with IUP. Malignant neoplasms were found in 340 patients consisted of 300 patients (88.23%) with urothelial carcinoma, 26 patients (7.64%) with adenocarcinoma, 14 patients (4.12%) with SCC. Moreover, six male patients with PUNLMP were also reported. 摘要

目的:通过组织病理学检查,分析苏东莫总医院膀胱疾病的特点。材料与方法:本研究采用二手资料。膀胱疾病患者的组织病理学检查资料根据年龄、性别和组织病理学类型进行评估。结果:膀胱异常419例。非肿瘤性膀胱疾病62例,其中膀胱炎56例(90.32%),腺性膀胱炎6例(9.67%)。肿瘤性膀胱疾病357例,分为良性和恶性肿瘤。良性肿瘤11例,其中UP组5例(45.45%),IUP组6例(54.54%)。340例患者中发现恶性肿瘤,其中尿路上皮癌300例(88.23%),腺癌26例(7.64%),鳞状细胞癌14例(4.12%)。此外,还报道了6例男性PUNLMP患者。结论:膀胱异常患者的组织病理学检查显示,肿瘤性膀胱疾病(357/419,85.20%)比非肿瘤性膀胱疾病(62/419,14.80%)更为常见。
