摘要

本文研究了初始现金最少、经济利益最大的提前退休计划融资问题。对于该问题,gusamret等人编写了Mosel程序,Edvall仅实现了CPLEX分支切割MIP求解程序,即可得到最优解。但没有明确的规则来找到解决方案。提出了由到期日长向到期日短反向的债券数量决策计算公式。然后根据到期日的持续效应对债券数量进行优化和确认。短缺用一年期存款(储蓄)本息反计算公式编制。
