采用DPPH(2,2 -二苯基-1-苦味基-水合肼)测定法、过氧化氢、羟基和超氧自由基测定样品的抗氧化性能。 采用DPPH(2,2 -二苯基-1-苦酰基-水合肼)测定法测定样品的抗氧化性能。

Synthesis and characterization of FeO-MnO magnetic nanoparticles in vitro antioxidant and antibacterial studies
Transition metal oxides of FeO-MnO magnetic hetero nanostructures were prepared by chemical co-precipitation method using a biological surfactant Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA). The characterization of the nanoparticles was performed by Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and vibrating-sample magnetometer (VSM).
