The teeth were removed on 28th days of experiment. The dental tissues taken after the experiment were processed for routine paraffin wax tissue preparation. Hematoxylin-Eosin staining was applied to sections of 4 μm thickness. 摘要

本研究旨在观察去卵巢大鼠牙髓在第14天和第28天的组织病理学变化。选取21只12周龄雌性斯普拉格道利犬20只,分为3组。第一组:动物不做任何处理。试验结束时(第14天)全部拔牙。第二组:剖腹,用3/0丝缝线扎卵巢,阻断供血。卵巢被放置在原来的位置。实验第14天切除卵巢大鼠的牙齿。第3组:采用与第2组相同的方法。实验第28天拔牙。实验后取牙组织进行常规石蜡组织制备。4 μm厚度的切片采用苏木精-伊红染色。结果显示,与对照组相比,去卵巢大鼠的牙髓组织变性,血管扩张,成骨细胞收缩,但去卵巢大鼠28天的病理强度高于去卵巢大鼠14天。
