With the same corneal curvature, 177 cases of corneal curvature were obtained; the average of 177 cases of corneal curvature was obtained, the range of the average corneal curvature was 40.125-48.375D. In the range of average corneal curvature, according to the calculated critical axial length (21.97-22.02mm), the difference of IOL was obtained. 摘要

目的分析短眼轴两侧平均角膜曲率与人工晶状体(IOL)差异的关系。方法随机抽取500例正常成人白内障患者的角膜曲率进行前瞻性研究。在角膜曲率相同的情况下,获得角膜曲率177例;平均177例角膜曲率,平均角膜曲率范围为40.125 ~ 48.375 d。在平均角膜曲率范围内,根据计算出的临界眼轴长度(21.97 ~ 22.02mm),得出人工晶状体的差值。分析人工晶状体差值与平均角膜曲率的相关性。结果人工晶状体差值与短轴临界轴平均角膜曲率呈负相关(r=-0.968, P=0.000)。结论角膜正常的成人白内障患者,随着角膜平均曲率的增大,人工晶状体数的差异逐渐减小。关键词:角膜曲率;短轴;人工晶状体;白内障
