This platform uses the C # program-ming language, combined with the warehousing and circulation of meteorological information in the civil aviation meteorological database, MQ and AFTN (Aviation Fixed Telecommunications Network) lines, to realize the real-time monitoring of the timeliness and accuracy of meteorological information release of 23 airports in Xinjiang. 摘要

近年来,随着民航局对飞行气象信息交换的及时性和准确性要求的不断提高,民航区域气象中心对辖区内机场气象信息发布状况的监测需求尤为迫切。本平台采用c#编程语言,结合民航气象数据库、MQ、AFTN(航空固定电信网络)线路气象信息的入库流通,实现对新疆23个机场气象信息发布时效性、准确性的实时监控。在信息发送迟到或错误的情况下,通过语音电话实时自动提醒和释放机场值班人员,提高新疆区域气象信息质量控制水平,有效防止“错、忘、漏”,为提高新疆区域航空气象服务水平发挥积极作用。
