摘要

目的利用信息化手段实现宁波市医疗照射频率监测和剂量监测的高效实现。方法对医疗照射频率和个体剂量的数据传输过程和关键因素进行调查。根据数据元标准化原则,确定了医疗照射频率和个体剂量的标准化数据元。在此基础上,设计了宁波市医疗照射频率和个体剂量数据接收平台的模块和功能。结果共形成医疗照射频率和个体剂量的59个数据要素。数据接收平台按功能分为放射诊断和放疗资源分布、常住居民医疗照射频率监测和剂量监测、剂量监测。结论宁波市医疗暴露频率与剂量信息监测平台的建立及标准化数据要素的确定将有利于宁波市医疗暴露信息监测工作的进一步开展。关键词:医学暴露;信息化;频率;剂量
