The statistical used in this research were multiple regression by using SPSS. Conclusion of this reseach shows that Burnout has significant negative impact on turnover intention, Job insecurity has significant positive impact on Turnover Intention. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨巨港市汽车行业销售人员职业倦怠和工作不安全感对离职意向的影响。本研究采用描述性研究方法。采用方便抽样的方法,对100名汽车行业销售人员进行访谈和发放问卷。本研究采用SPSS多元回归进行统计分析。本研究的结论表明,职业倦怠对离职倾向有显著的负向影响,工作不安全感对离职倾向有显著的正向影响。倦怠感和工作不安全感同时对离职倾向有显著的正向影响。关键词:职业倦怠,工作不安全感,离职倾向
