摘要

经编织物表面是具有重复单元的图案纹理表面。目前关于图案织物表面缺陷检测的研究报道较少。提出了一种基于自组织映射的经编疵点异常检测方法。该方法由两个层次上的自组织映射组成。将该方法应用于8种不同类型的经编表面图像,其中包括8类缺陷的样本。实验结果表明,该方法在大多数缺陷类别下的缺陷检测率接近80%。
