The highest resistance was against amikacin, enroflo - xacin, gentamicin, tobramycin, cephalexin (100%), followed by nitrofurantoin (81.8%), tetracycline (63.6%), ampicillin (54.5%), piperacillin (54.5%), cefpo - doxime (54.5%), and imipenem (9.09%). However, there was no resistance to amoxicillin, marbofloxacin and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole. The results showed that 11/11 (100%) of Salmonella spp. from three sample showed multi-drug resistance against three or more antibiotic agents. 摘要

采用VITEK 2紧凑型系统,采用VITEK 2 AST-GN38卡检测沙门氏菌对多种抗生素的敏感性及MIC值。结果:100个鸡蛋(有机鸡蛋)中2个(2%)和100个蛋制品(巴氏液蛋)中1个(1%)检出沙门氏菌。经PCR鉴定,11株分离物均含有oriC基因,为沙门氏菌属。耐药率最高的是阿米卡星、恩诺氟沙星、庆大霉素、妥布霉素、头孢氨苄(100%),其次是呋喃妥因(81.8%)、四环素(63.6%)、氨苄西林(54.5%)、哌拉西林(54.5%)、头孢多肟(54.5%)、亚胺培南(9.09%)。但对阿莫西林、马布沙星和甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲恶唑均无耐药。结果表明,3份样品中11/11(100%)的沙门氏菌对3种或3种以上抗生素具有多重耐药。结论:建议实施良好的卫生规范、良好的生产规范和巴氏消毒技术,以尽量减少因食用鸡蛋和蛋制品而导致沙门氏菌病的风险。
