Furthermore, the treatment was compared with SNI Biack tea bags No. 3753:2014. Parameters observed were moisture content, total ash content, and organoleptic tests. Organoleptic testing using description and hedonic tests. The treatment was compared with SNI black tea bags No 3753:2014. Parameters observed were moisture content, total ash content, and organoIeptic tests. Organoleptic testing using description and hedonic tests. The result showed that the size of the red bajakah powder had a significant and very significant effect on all parameters except taste. However, the size of the bajakah powder still cannot produce tea that can meet the standards except for powder size >16 mesh.
