摘要

在此基础上,提出了适用于压电加速度计工作原理的数学模型,并通过仿真验证了该模型根据频率比和阻尼率将精度与测量误差联系起来。该模型的建立为提高加速度计的精度、灵敏度和可靠性等性能提供了可能,并提出了加速度计的新概念。结果表明,阻尼比的选择对加速度计参数的发展和振动分析技术的提高具有重要意义。
