Ferrous oxalates were prepared from the ferrous sulfate. The effects of dose and reaction temperature were investigated to get ultra-fine ferrous oxalate. Lithium iron phosphates were then synthesized by using mechanical-chemical method with above lab-made ferrous oxalate.
