目的:探讨甲状腺患者血液参数与促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平的关系。材料与方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年8月我院收治的5130例甲状腺患者的甲状腺功能检查及血影资料。结果:根据TSH水平，血红蛋白、MCH、白细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和血小板水平无显著差异。当在MCV方面进行比较时，发现1组(TSH)之间存在显著差异
