To solve this problem, we propose to create an educational environment, which, in addition to math teachers, includes specialists in mathematics teaching methods from pedagogical universities, instructors of teacher’s in-service training courses, master’s students in pedagogical specialties, who, in particular, are trained in dual form of education. 摘要

数学教师在师范大学和继续教育系统的培训过程中形成专业能力的问题不仅在乌克兰而且在国外都非常重要。教师的方法能力尤其如此,这在很大程度上决定了教育过程的质量,特别是学生的成绩。为了解决这一问题,我们建议创造一种教育环境,除了数学教师之外,还包括来自师范大学的数学教学方法专家,教师在职培训课程的讲师,特别是教育专业的硕士生,他们接受双重教育形式的培训。实验结果表明,与传统方法相比,这种教育环境可以更有效、更定性地实现数学教师的专业培训。
