Many studies indicate that these cytotoxic molecules are also associated with various types of toxicity and contrary side effects; thus, researchers all over the world are working to develop more effective and safer anticancer drugs. 1,3-thiazole derivatives have recently been identified as a novel class of cancer chemotherapeutic agents with promising activity against various tumors.
