Thus, the aim of this current study is to illustrate work-life balance of employees who have multiple careers and working remotely. This research adopts a qualitative approach involving four informants and using thematic analysis. One interesting result shows that married employees with multiple careers are better in balancing in work and life than those who are not. Gambaran Work-Life Balance Karyawan Multiple Careers yang Menerapkan Sistem Kerja Remote
Many companies are currently implementing remote working system and this allows employees to have more than one job. For these people, they are referred as employees who are having multiple careers.
