There are 24 articles with prospective studys or reviews. pneumothorax is the most common among the all severe adverse events related to acupuncture. 摘要

目的回顾分析国内外针灸相关气胸的临床资料。方法检索MEDLINE、PUBMED、NHS、CNKI(中国)、VIP(中国)和万方(中国),检索词为“针灸”、“并发症/不良事件/副作用”和“气胸”。我们纳入并分析了所有原始病例报告、综述和前瞻性研究。结果中文文献37篇,外文文献40篇,分别报道针刺致气胸128例和51例。有24篇文章是前瞻性研究或综述。气胸是所有与针灸相关的严重不良事件中最常见的。然而,针灸是气胸的一个重要原因,这在西方医学书籍中是缺失的。结论针刺是气胸的医源性病因,应引起重视,并列入西医教材。

Pneumothorax associated with acupuncture: A systematic review and analysis

Objective

To review and analyze pneumothorax associated with acupuncture worldwide.
