We have synthesized a new series of 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives in excellent yield via telescopic multicomponent reaction among the aldehyde, malononitrile, anilines and diethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in the presence of piperidine at mild reaction condition without further purification. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR and mass spectrometry analysis.
