The system architecture and key technologies of the DCIS based on RNCPM are proposed. A new communication architecture and the new features of the unified cross-section panoramic data(UCSPA) is studied. A new scheduling operation and management mode and panoramic data system platform of smart grid are developed. The DCIS under RNCPM can have integrated the schedule and monitor of the smart grid. The proposed system will lead to a new operation and maintenance mode of smart grid. The new system will further optimize the scheduling and workflow transformer of the substation. 摘要
