The result shows that S3307 and GA 3 change the metabolism of the three taxanes, and improve the contents of the three taxanes at some degree. 选取约100棵树的幼芽,分别喷洒10 mg/L的苏密芬(S3307)和100 mg/L的赤霉素(ga3)。研究了10-去乙酰Baccatin III (10-DAB)、Baccatin III和紫杉醇(紫杉醇)在不同时间的含量,以便更好地了解紫杉醇的体外合成机制。结果表明,S3307和ga3改变了三种紫杉烷的代谢,并在一定程度上提高了三种紫杉烷的含量。我们认为这种效应作用发生在10-DAB生物合成之前。
