It also provides a mechanism for dust coagulation during the operation of electrostatic precipitators. The study is relevant because the air working zone and the air of milling and grain processing enterprises, in particular, contains suspended aerosol with volatile fractions of organic substances. It has a negative effect on both the health of workers and the efficiency of production equipment.
