摘要

为了了解车轮踏面重塑对高速电动汽车动力学行为的影响,研究了车轮踏面重塑前后电动汽车的车轮踏面磨损和动力学特性。实验结果表明:胎面重塑后,桥壳的最大振动加速度显著降低,对转向架框架、空气弹簧、车体的最大振动加速度影响不显著,桥壳、转向架框架、空气弹簧、车体的主要振动频率成分发生了变化,部分高频振动成分显著降低。胎面改造前主、副悬架的隔振能力较好,改造后的隔振能力要好得多;胎面改造后汽车的横向稳定性略有提高。
