In the process of selection, 2 strains of bacteria were selected that exhibit the highest amidase activity for acrylic acid (0.712 U / mg and 0.868 U / mg). 摘要
我们分析了来自纳沃伊亚佐特JSC(乌兹别克斯坦纳沃伊)境内的11个被丙烯酸、腈、丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸污染的废水、污泥和土壤样本。结果,19株属红球菌属细菌被分离到纯培养中。在筛选过程中,筛选出2株对丙烯酸酰胺酶活性最高的菌株,分别为0.712 U / mg和0.868 U / mg。红球菌- 8/4/1和红球菌- 3/4/3是潜在的酰胺酶产生菌。
