摘要

本文将利用拉普拉斯变换对好天气和坏天气下的系统进行研究,在正常和暴风雨两种天气条件下,系统具有统一的运行模式、部分故障模式和全部故障模式,并将其应用于正常天气情况下,仅考虑预防性维护的存在。
