摘要

本研究评价了千层胡椒粉叶片(新鲜和干燥)和根部不同提取物对越南后江省胡椒粉果园病原菌melidogyne spp.、Phytophthora spp.和Fusarium spp.的影响。结果表明,辣椒鲜叶提取物对辣椒致死性线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)的体外放养后3 d的自然死亡率(对照)仅为58%,而鲜叶提取物对辣椒致死性线虫的反应最快。接种3 d后,对11株镰刀菌和5株疫霉的生长发育均无显著影响。结果表明,干叶提取物对枯萎病病原菌2株(18%)有抑制作用,对枯萎病病原菌8株(73%)有促进作用,对枯萎病病原菌1株(9%)无抑制作用,对疫霉菌5株均无抑制作用。
