Based on unpublished sources and emigrant memoirs, the study considers the role of public organizations; cultural, entertainment and medical institutions; educational institutions, analyzes the activity of the individuals: N. K. Russel, I. I. Serebrennikov, P. A. Vedenyapina, E. A.
