摘要

电压稳定是现有电网的重要问题之一,本文提出了多区域电力系统电压稳定控制的无功负荷管理方法。采用进化规划(EP)作为优化技术对负荷进行管理,以达到控制电压稳定的目的。采用预开发的快速电压稳定指数(FVSI)作为电压安全评估的工具。在不同的负载条件下分别进行单负荷和多负荷增量,获得最大无功负荷,FVSI范围为0 ~ 0.95 p.u.。所提出的EP优化技术在获得准确结果方面优于传统的电压稳定评估(VSA)方法。
