摘要

制备了粒径为50 ~ 250 nm的硫辛酸(LA)纳米分散体(脂质体和纳米乳液),其包封率(EI)为80±10%,从纳米结构中缓释,室温长期保存稳定。结果表明,脂质体和LA NPs可抑制花生四烯酸引起的血小板聚集,并提出其抗血小板作用机制。
