Moreover, it aims to create a proposed training program with the aforementioned objectives. Results surface that teachers lacked training in online teaching at the onset of the pandemic, but they managed to find their teaching strategies as the years went by. Some factors inevitably hindered the conduct of online classes, such as connectivity issues and dysfunctional gadgets for teachers and students. This study gathered data through individual interviews, small group discussions, and document analysis.
