The model includes description of the two-phase flow in porousmedia, dynamics of temperature field and transport in the system: aqueous phase organic phase porous material. Stochasticdeterministic approach has been used for numerical realization of the model. Deterministic methods were used for description of the pressure field in the porous media, mass transport between the liquid phases and porous material, heat conduction. The two phase filtration of the liquids and the convective heat and mass transport were described stochastically with wandering stream lines. Analysis of non-aqueous pollutants migration feathers is presented.
