本研究的目的是:1)了解和描述基础设施对教师绩效的影响;2)了解和描述工作环境对教师绩效的影响;3)了解和描述基础设施和工作环境对教师绩效的影响。这类研究是定量研究。研究结果得出:1)基础设施影响教师表现;2)工作环境影响教师表现;3)基础设施和工作环境对教师的表现有共同的影响

Pengaruh Sarana Prasarana dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru
