The electrical characteristics are stimulated by varying the polymer with thickness. Changing the polymer material leads to improved efficiency in the tandem solar cell. Results: The Independent T test was done which reveals that the P3HT (P = 0.553) was found to be statistically significantly compared with PEDOT: PSS polymer material. Conclusion: The analysis we found P3HT appeared to have better efficiency than PEDOT: PSS polymer tandem solar cell from Green energy.
