摘要

本研究旨在确定人力资源信息系统、能力和工作纪律对西苏门答腊省DPRD秘书处员工绩效的影响,本研究为定量研究,抽样方法采用总抽样,共有60名受访者。本研究使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归分析。本研究结果表明,人力资源信息系统对员工绩效有正向显著影响,胜任力对员工绩效有正向显著影响,工作纪律对员工绩效有正向显著影响
