摘要

南水北调工程沿线湖泊的水资源包括引水和雨水,为了区分不同水资源的优先级,本文以南水北调工程沿线湖泊为研究对象,基于多目标决策理论建立了湖泊水资源配置的多目标模型。然后将模拟退火的方法引入到遗传算法中,结合模型的特点形成混合遗传算法。最后,通过实证分析对模型进行了验证,得出了该模型可应用于SNWT工程湖泊配水的结论。
