摘要

本研究旨在研究决定印尼中小企业网站质量和电子服务质量的维度。E-Service quality作为网站质量的重要决定维度之一,本文专门对E-Service quality进行观察,找出影响E-Service quality的具体因素,这在以往的一些研究中并没有得到广泛的研究。本研究采用问卷调查法,对379名中小企业客户进行调查。网站质量维度使用李克特量表测量,有5个备选答案。使用Smart PLS进行的分析结果表明,网站质量的决定因素有四个维度,其中最具影响力的是:电子服务质量、信息质量、系统质量和图像质量;此外,对于电子服务质量维度,有三个确定的重要维度是:履行、响应和系统可用性
