This study determined the estrogenic activity of Bangun-Bangun leaves ethanol extract (BBLEE) on lipid levels of ovariectomized female rats as a menopausal model. BBLEE has obtained by maceration techniques with 96% ethanol and extract used on 24 ovariectomized rats which were divided into 6 groups. Group 1 (normal), group 2 (positive) was treated by estradiol at dose of 0.18 mg/kg BW, group 3 (negative) was treated by 0.5% Na-CMC and group 4, 5, 6 were treated by BBLEE at dose of 30, 60, 90 mg/kg BW given orally for 14 days. The data were analyzed by ANOVA and Post Hoc Tukey HSD test. The result showed that effective dose of BBLEE was 90 mg/kg BW which improved lipid profile (TC = 55.75±0.47; TG = 63.00±0.40; HDL = 37.00±0.81; LDL = 30.50±0.86) in blood of ovariectomized female rats as a menopausal model. 摘要

更年期是指卵巢停止排卵的一种身体状态;卵子是雌激素的主要制造者。更年期会增加血脂;它会引起心血管系统的问题。北苏门答腊岛的人们长期以来一直使用班冈-班冈树叶作为母乳喂养剂;它含有类黄酮生物活性化合物,有望取代失去的雌激素。本研究以去卵巢雌性大鼠为模型,测定了班岗-班岗叶乙醇提取物(bbblee)对脂质水平的雌激素活性。将24只去卵巢大鼠分为6组,用96%乙醇和提取液浸渍法制得BBLEE。1组(正常组)、2组(阳性组)分别给予雌二醇0.18 mg/kg BW治疗,3组(阴性组)给予0.5% Na-CMC治疗,4、5、6组分别给予BBLEE 30、60、90 mg/kg BW,口服14 d。数据分析采用方差分析和Post Hoc Tukey HSD检验。结果表明:bbblee有效剂量为90 mg/kg BW,改善血脂(TC = 55.75±0.47;Tg = 63.00±0.40;HDL = 37.00±0.81;LDL = 30.50±0.86)作为绝经模型。bble 90mg /kg BW剂量可改善绝经期去卵巢雌性大鼠血脂质水平。
