In this study, 46 respondents were used as a sample, which was carried out using the census technique. The analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, multiple linear regression. 摘要

人力资源管理的动态不断增加,现在应该鼓励每个组织的管理改变人力资源管理的模式。管理层需要努力维护和提高他们的人力资源。其中之一就是创造员工的工作满意度。本研究的目的是确定薪酬和职业发展在员工工作满意度中的作用。本研究以46名受访者为样本,采用人口普查方法进行。分析方法采用描述性分析、推理分析、多元线性回归。结果表明,薪酬和职业发展对员工工作满意度有部分且同时的影响。
