Empirical results are : a) all the main industrial pollutants have been controlled, especially the industrial solid wastes, except the total volume of industrial waste gas discharged; b) in spite of the eco-efficiency of industrial waste water grows faster than the economy, it has a strong gray correlation with the industrial development and keep growing in the teen years.
