The invariant analysis is adopted to represent structure characteristics, combined with the simulation result from PIPE, resource utilization can be obtained and a reconfiguration of AGVs will also be suggested. 摘要

自动导引车(AGV)作为智能制造的关键技术,被广泛应用于自动化物料搬运系统中。如何调度agv进行物料配送,以支持更好的生产,一直是智能工厂面临的一个问题,因为在真实的实际制造环境中可能存在不同的复杂约束。Petri网作为一种功能强大的系统建模工具,能够演示实际系统中的离散状态/事件。因此,本文建立了一个Petri网模型来描述agv进行物料输送的车间生产过程,并使用平台独立Petri网编辑器(PIPE)通过仿真分析对资源变化进行分析。采用不变量分析来表示结构特征,结合PIPE的仿真结果,得出资源利用率,并提出agv的重构方案。最后,给出了基于改进AGV配置的调度调度方法。
