摘要

目的:探讨肝硬化患者ICG与Child-Pugh分型的相关性。方法:测定58例肝硬化患者和32例正常人的ICG水平。结果:肝硬化组ICG水平(23.12%±3.98%)明显高于对照组(2.23%±1.47%)，p < 0.01。不同肝功能组患者ICG水平比较如下:Child-Pugh Child-Pugh BChild-Pugh a . ICG与Child-Pugh分型、BIL呈正相关，与白蛋白、PA无相关性。结论:ICG的升高与肝硬化的严重程度密切相关，ICG适合Child-Pugh分型的客观分析。
