TÜRKİYE’DE SİVİL TOPLUM KURULUŞLARININ KARŞILAŞTIĞI ENGELLER

With the advent of democracy in our country, as well as around the world, the concept of civil society has begun to gain momentum The impact area of the state was restricted by the concept of civil society, which has started to be discussed since the end of the 1980s, regarded as a complementary power of economic liberalism and handled as a result of political liberalism. Nowadays, there are many problem areas faced by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that are beginning to gain a more effective position in political systems. Lack of participation, lack of financial resources, lack of being capable of having advanced democracy and political culture, bringing ideologies to the fore, incorporating them into a dominant political authority, and seeing the non-governmental organization as a stepping stone in the context of the personal interests of the executive cadres are the principal problems of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Turkey. The aim of this study is to go through solutions to these problems by considering the problems encountered by NGOs in Turkey.
