Among 15 patients which received the administration of pentazocine suppository, the agent proved extremely useful, useful and useless in 2, 11 and 2 cases, respectively. 摘要

研究了不同碱基对戊唑嗪栓剂兔直肠吸收和体外释放的影响。并观察了戊唑嗪栓剂对癌痛的镇痛作用。直肠栓剂由甘油凝胶(Gly),聚乙二醇(PEG)和油质(Witep)碱制成。喷唑嗪的释放率在PEG、Gly和Witep碱基中依次较高。PEG碱和Witep碱对戊唑嗪在兔直肠中的吸收无显著差异,而Gly碱对戊唑嗪的吸收最低。15例患者中,戊唑嗪栓剂极为有效2例,有效11例,无效2例。未见副作用。
