摘要

目的:研究激光光凝(LP)术后自发性全层黄斑孔(FTMH)闭合的相关事件。方法:回顾性分析1例激光术后SD-OCT记录的自发性FTMH闭合病例。结果:一位51岁的女性在她的右眼表现为FTMH和亚临床视网膜脱离(RD)。亚临床RD患者行LP, FTMH患者行手术治疗。手术当天,重复SD-OCT显示FTMH自发闭合并伴有视网膜外缺损,随后放弃手术。结论:自发性PVD诱导减轻前后牵引力,内限制膜(ILM)微断裂减轻切向牵引力,可导致FTMH自发闭合。
