This study aims to compare the total inventory costs of the company's policies and the Continuous Review method and determine the optimal order size. The data obtained is inventory data for 5 types of snacks in 2021. The method used is the continuous review method, based on the results of calculations for 5 types of snacks, the total inventory cost according to company policy is Rp.792,631,977/year, while the total inventory cost using the continuous review method is Rp.773.799,089/year. The results showed that the continuous review method has an optimal total inventory cost, so the company can save on expenses of Rp. 18,832,888 or 2,37% for 5 types of snacks. 摘要
Pusat Oleh-Oleh Keripik Rumah Adat Minang是一家从事红薯片生产和销售各种零食的企业,该企业位于北苏门答腊省棉兰市。本研究旨在比较公司的总库存成本政策和持续评审法,确定最优订单规模。所得数据为5种零食在2021年的库存数据。采用的方法为连续复核法,根据5种零食的计算结果,根据公司政策得到的总库存成本为Rp.792,631,977/年,而采用连续复核法得到的总库存成本为Rp.773.799,089/年。结果表明,连续评审法具有最优的总库存成本,公司5种零食可节省费用18,832,888卢比或2,37%。为了便于计算,本研究使用MATLAB软件进行。
