El método Delphi como técnica de diagnóstico estratégico. Estudio empírico aplicado a las empresas de inserción en España

The work aims to conduct a strategic diagnosis of insertion enterprises in Spain, identifying its main weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities, and strategic actions to be implemented. The Delphi method is a technique based on a questionnaire to experts, including qualitative methodologies in Business Management, appropriate for exploratory and quantitative techniques that do not provide enough information. The study results show that these firms have little qualification of human resources and excessive financial dependency of Public Administration, which will force the implementation of strategies for professionalization of its staff and searching for alternative funding sources.
