摘要

本研究旨在检验分析领导风格、动机和纪律对员工绩效的影响。通过问卷调查收集数据,并对71名妨碍Tambusai公证人Pekanbaru的员工进行调查。本研究数据的分析使用SPSS version 16。在本研究中没有使用抽样技术,因为研究的样本是整个人口,或所谓的普查数据,本研究中使用的检验技术包括效度,信度与Cronbach Alpha,经典假设检验和多元线性回归分析,以检验和证明假设penelitian。Hasil分析表明,领导风格对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,激励对员工绩效没有影响和不显著影响,纪律对员工绩效有显著的正向影响
