Compared with unmodified animal glue binder, standard dog bone sand specimens with allyl glycidyl ether-modified animal glue binder had higher tensile strength of 2.58 MPa, flowability of 1.95 g, better water resistance (a lower decrease in tensile strength at 25 °C and relative humidity of 60%), and good collapsibility. 摘要

本文旨在研制一种具有较好耐水性和粘接强度的铸造用改性动物胶砂粘结剂。报道了一种以氢氧化钠为催化剂提高动物胶粘合剂的可操作性,烯丙基缩水甘油酯为改性剂提高耐水性和粘接强度的有效方法。采用烯丙基缩水甘油酯醚改性动物胶粘结剂制备砂样,采用室温压缩空气固化。该方法节能、环保、价格低廉。与未改性动物胶粘结剂相比,经烯丙基缩水甘油酯醚改性动物胶粘结剂处理的犬骨砂标准试样抗拉强度为2.58 MPa,流动性为1.95 g,耐水性能更好(25℃、相对湿度为60%时抗拉强度下降幅度较小),湿陷性好。本发明的烯丙基缩水甘油酯醚改性动物胶粘合剂适合于铸造工业的实际应用。
